I just read where BK describes herself as always having one strong
desire: the desire for what is here and now.
i am slowly clueing into this:
when i am able to want what is, i experience peace.
when i don’t want what is, i experience suffering (on some level).
tolle says, “accept what is…welcome this present moment as a dear
friend.” paraphrasing there…
this frees me up somehow and allows change to flow more easily.
